摘要
不断进行技术创新,持续为市场提供新的产品和服务已经成为小微企业生存和发展的关键,而采用什么样的方式进行创新以及如何提高小微企业技术创新效率对很多小微企业管理者来讲是一个亟待解决的问题。本文首先对已有文献资料进行了系统的回顾和梳理;其次,对影响小微企业技术创新的内外部因素进行了分析;最后,对这些内外部因素的影响程度进行了实证分析和检验,并得到了相关结论,以期能够帮助小微企业管理者提高对技术创新效率的认识。
It has played a key role to conduct the technological innovations constandy and offer new products and services to the mar- kets continuously in ensuring the survival and development of small and micro- sized enterprises; hwever, it becomes an urgent issue for the managers of small and micro- sized enterprises to determine which methods should be adopted to conduct innovation and how to make the technological innovation of small and micro- sized enterprises more efficiently. In this paper, the available doctanent literatures have been reviewed and sorted out in a systematic manner firs.tly; secondly, the internal and external factors that affect the technological innovation of small and micro - sized enterprises have been analyzed; and finally, the degree d influence exerted by these internal and external factors has been analyzed and tested in an empirical manner, and the relevant conclusions have been drawn with a view to assisting the managers of small and micro- sized enterprises in making them more aware of the efficiency of technological innovation.
