摘要
铁大线管道投产后,长期低输量运行,从未进行过内检测。根据NACE RP0502,在铁大线开展了ECDA的适用性研究。CIPS/DCVG检测中,通过安装GPS同步断流器中断所有电流源和在杂散电流干扰段测试桩处安装智能数据记录仪,对CIPS数据进行校正,可以有效识别防腐层缺陷位置和更加准确评价阴极保护水平。评价结果表明:间接检测防腐层缺陷定位准确;管体外腐蚀危害轻;ECDA过程有效。最后,提出完整性管理(PIM)向建设期前移和重视施工中的质量控制等建议。
The Tieling-Dalian oil pipeline has never seen any internal inspection becauae of long-term operation of a low throughput since it went into operation. According to NACE RP 0502, the applicability research was carried out in this pipeline to assess the impact of external corrosion on pipeline integrity. During the combined CIPS/DCVG survey, due to the installment of synchronized current interrupters at CP current sources. The data recorded by the data logger installed at the test station can be used to correct the CIPS data, thus effectively indentifying and addressing the corrosion activity and evaluating the level of cathod- ic protection more accurately. The assessment result indicates that locations of the coating corrosion activity by indirect inspections are accurate, and that there is no obviously thinning of the pipe wall caused by external corrosion, and ECDA is also effective. Fi- nally, it suggests that pipeline integrity management should be moved forward during the construction stage, attention should be paid to quality control in the construction process.
