摘要
物流业作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分,在增强国家经济实力、调整产业结构等发面发挥了重大作用,随着物流业的发展,物流企业受到学术界越来越广泛的关注,企业绩效评价在物流企业的相关研究中是非常重要的课题,因而加强本土物流企业效率评价研究对现代物流业的健康可持续发展有一定的意义。但目前很多研究对物流公司的绩效评估只停留在静态的数据评价上,缺乏动态科学的评价方法,鉴于传统绩效评价方法有一定的局限性,本文采用了数据包络分析(DEA)法来研究整个物流行业的技术效率情况,以我国沪深两市20家上市物流公司为研究样本,分析了这些公司在2004-2010年7年间的投入产出效率情况,通过测度样本企业的动态技术效率总结出我国物流行业发展状况:总体技术效率不高,但研究的结果呈现出有逐年上升的趋向。最后在评价结果的基础上提出一系列改善物流企业技术效率的政策建议。
Logistics industry as an important part of our national economy, played a major role in enhancing national economic st- rength, adjusting the industrial structure. With the development of the logistics industry , logistics enterprises get more and more attention in academic field, and enterprise performance evaluation is a very important issue in correlational research about the logistics enterprises. Thus strengthening the local logistics company efficiency evaluation research has a certain significance in the healthy and sustainable development of modern logistics industry. But a lot of research on the performance evaluation of the logistics company only use the static data evaluation method, lack of a dynamic scientific evaluation methods. In view of the limitations of the traditional performance evaluation method, use the DEA method to study the technical efficiency of the entire logistics industry. Selects twenty listed logistics company in Shenzhen and Shanghai as the study sample, analysis input and output efficiency of the twenty listed logistics company during 2004-2010, and measures the dynamic technical efficiency of the sample enterprises. Resuh shows that the overall technical performance of Chinese listed companies of logistics is less desirable, but there is an increasing trend. Finally, corresponding policy and countermeasures are offered to improve the technology efficiency of logistics enterprise based on the results of the evaluation.
