摘要
考虑到大、中型电机上现行铜丝绕簧式热交换器的诸多缺点,对新型叠片热交换器进行了实验研究。本文介绍了这种新型热交换器的特点和参数。它最突出的优点是散热面大、重量轻。在加热风洞内对该种热交换器的传热系数.阻力压降等进行了系统的实验。给出了风洞试验装置和传热系数、风阻压降与风速的关系曲线。进行了真机实测,分析了片距对散热面、传热系数和风速的影响。用表格列出了新旧热交换器的使用结果。
Taking many disadvantages of existing wound copper wire heat exchangers for middle and large electric machines into account,the experiment study on new laminated heat exchanger is carried out. The features and parameters of the heat exchanger are introducted in this paper. Its outstanding advantages are large heat dissipation surface and small weight.Systematical tests of its heat trasmission coefficient and air resistance pressure drop are finished in heated air tunnel. Apparatus for air tunnel test as well as heat transmission coefficient and air resistance pressure drop versus air velocity characteristic are given. The protype measurement of this heat exchanger is conducted, and influence of interlamination spacing on heat dissipation surface, heat transmission coefficient and air velocity is analyzed. Application results of new and old heat exchangers are listed in this article.
