摘要 冀东油田火成岩储层的埋藏深、特低渗、储层跨度大、天然裂缝发育等特点使储层压裂改造施工存在很多困难。针对压裂液在井筒流动距离长、摩阻高,导致地面泵压高的困难研发了耐高温、抗高剪切、低摩阻压裂液技术和压裂管柱优化组合工艺;针对天然裂缝发育形成了前置液多级粉陶段塞降滤失、提高前置液比例及支撑剂粒径优选及多粒径组合技术;针对火成岩压裂压后返排率低,采用了阶梯排量泵注液氮助排技术和特种增效助排剂技术。在冀东油田压裂施工4次,压裂井深最深达到5124 m,最大加砂量102.1 m3,储层温度最高达到176℃,施工成功率100%,形成了比较完善的超深层火成岩储层压裂配套工艺。 Jidong oilfield Igneous reservoir buried deep,low permeability,reservoir span, natural fractures and other features make construction of the reservoir fracturing there are many difficulties.Fracturing fluid flow in the well-bore for long-distance,high friction,leading to difficulties in ground pump developed high temperature,high shear resistance and low friction fracturing fluid technology and optimized process fracturing string;for natural fractures developed liquid multi-stage pre-formed ceramic powder slug fluid loss,increased pre-liquid ratio and particle size proppant size selection and combination of multi-technology; for igneous rock fracturing pressure is low after the back row,using a step displacement pumping liquid nitrogen cleanup technology and special efficiency cleanup additive technology.Four fracturing in Jidong oilfield,the deepest well depth reached 5124m,the maximum sand volume 102.1m~3,reservoir temperature up to 176 ℃,100% success ratio of the formation of a relatively perfect ultra-deep igneous reservoir pressure split matching technique.
