摘要
公众参与是环境影响评价中的重要内容。本文针对当前在环境影响评价中公众参与的现状,指出公众参与在环境影响评价中的问题,提出一系列政策建议。促使公众在环境影响评价中发挥其应有的作用,保障政府决策的正确性和可持续性。
Public Participation is an important item in environment effect appraisal. This paper discusses the current state of environmental appraisal and points out many problems and a series of corresponding measures. The purpose of the study is to bring the public to play their role in environmental impact assessment and provide the government a guarantee＇ in the correctness of its decision - making and the sustainability of its policy.
