摘要
加强实践教学,培养应用型人才是解决目前经管类专业人才供求错位的关键措施。以洛阳师范学院商学院为例,分析了经管类专业实践教学中存在的问题,并提出了以就业为导向的经管类专业实践教学改革的原则和内容。
To strengthen the practice teaching and cultivate applied talents is the key to solve at present talent supply and demand dislocation of administration measures. Luoyang normal university business school, for example, analyzing the problems existing in the management class specialized practice teaching, and puts forward the employment as the guidance of the principles and contents of the professional practice teaching reform of administration.
