摘要
由于城镇化进程的加快,农村的大量土地被征收,在农业用地转化为非农业用地这一过程中形成了一个特殊群体——失地农民。失地农民的土地被征收,失去了与土地相连的一切权益,失地农民的合法权益受到严重的侵害。为了保证城市和谐稳定的发展,保证失地农民的合法权益,需要建立健全社会保障机制和失地农民再就业培训机制,完善土地补偿制度,同时要提高农民的法律意识。
As China＇s industrialization and urbanization continues to accelerate,a large number of rural land is levied,a nd a special group of land-losing farmers emerges in the agricultural land into non-agricultural land,who lost all interests connected with the land.Safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of farmers become the urgent need to resolve the problem.
