摘要
在我国高等教育进入大众化阶段的背景下,地方本科院校成为高等教育服务于地方经济和社会发展的主力军。地方本科院校主要为地方经济和社会发展培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务等一线岗位的高级应用型人才,因此必须理清办学理念,找准办学定位,改革人才培养模式,加强教师实践能力培养,强化实践教学,培养高素质的应用型人才。
Under the background of popularization of higher education at the present stage, local universities are playing a com-manding role in promoting local economy and social development. Since local universities undertake the obligation to educate ad- vanced application-based personnel for the jobs in manufacturing, construction, management and service industries, etc., it is essen-tial for local universities to properly adjust their educational concept, correctly fix their educating orientation, reform their training mode, improve teachers＇ practical ability, strengthen practical teaching activities so that they will be more capable of educating ad-vanced application-based undergraduates.
