摘要
采用方腔圆角结构,设计了一种准TE011模输入多工器的通道滤波器,可以有效分离其简并模式TM111模。"负"耦合结构采用U形孔,并且采用了平面布局结构,方便地实现10-4-4滤波函数,以获得高的带外抑制和小的带内插损和群时延波动。利用三维电磁场仿真软件HFSS对U形孔进行仿真,讨论了部分结构参数对耦合系数的影响。最后借助多端口Y参数提取技术优化得到性能良好的通道滤波器。
A channel filter of quasi TE011 mode IMUX was designed by using a modified rectangular cavity with edge chamfered, which can efficiently separate its degenerate TMlll mode. U-shaped aperture and planar layout are used, which can conveniently realize 10-4-4 filter function to obtain high out-of-band rejection, small in-band insertion loss and group delay varia- tion. U-shaped aperture is simulated with three-dimensional electromagnetic field simulation software HFSS. The influence of structural parameters on the coupling coefficence is discussed. With the help of extraction technology of multi-port Y parameter, the channel filter with high performance was obtained.
