摘要
目前国内外创新型城市的理论研究主要集中在内涵、构成要素、发展模式与实现路径以及评价指标等方面,对于创新型城市的形成条件尚未有比较成熟的理论;而且国内真正意义上的创新型城市还没有建成,缺乏可供借鉴的成功案例进行实证分析。本文试图通过分析国际公认的创新型城市建设发展实践,总结得出创新型城市的形成条件,进而揭示创新型城市形成条件的内在逻辑。
For now, the study of the theory of the innovative cities at home and abroad focuses on the connotation, essential factors and development model and realization route and the evaluation index; however, for an innovative city formation conditions there has not been a more mature theory. And the domestic real innovative city has not yet been built,so it lacks successful cases to draw on an empirical analysis.Through analysis of internationally recognized innovative urban construction and development practice, this article tries to summarize the formation condition of an innovative city, and then reveals the internal logic of the innovative city formation conditions.
