摘要
目的分析内镜下行鼻腔-蝶窦术常见并发症发生情况并探讨防治措施,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取在本院行内镜下行鼻腔-蝶窦手术的224例患者作为研究对象,对其手术并发症及复发率情况进行分析。结果 224例患者总并发症发生率为13.8%,其中鼻腔干燥和尿崩症的发生例数最多,均达到6例占2.7%,其次为电解质紊乱占2.2%,发生率最低的为鼻泪管损伤仅1例发生。随访结果,肿瘤复发率最高达到总例数的2.7%,构成比为33.3%,因并发症死亡发生1例,占0.4%。结论内镜下行鼻腔-蝶窦手术损伤轻微,但并发症仍可发生,积极预防和处理是防治并发症的主要手段。
Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of the complications in endoseopie transsphenoidal surgeries and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 224 cases of patients definitely received endoscopic transsphenoidal surgery in our hospital were enrolled in this study, analyses the Complications of the surgical and the recurrence rate. Results The overall complication rate of 224 patients was 13.8%.Most cases were noseb dry and diabetes insipidus,which reached 2.7%（6 cases）. Electrolyte disorder accounts for 2.2% secondly.The lowest complication rate was in nasolacrimal duct injury, which was 1 case. The follow-up results：Tumor recurrence rate reached the highest value of 2.7% of the total, and the constituent ratio was 33.3%.1 cases （0.4%） died due to complication. Conclusion Endoscope transsphenoidal approach surgery damage slightly but the complications can still happen,active prevention and treatment is a major means to the complications.
