色素上皮衍生因子在皮肤基底细胞癌中的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的:检测色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)在基底细胞癌(BCC)中的表达及其意义。方法:采用PV-9000免疫组织化学法,检测11例BCC皮损组织及11例正常皮肤组织中PEDF的表达水平。结果:PEDF在BCC组织中的表达率为72.73%,且均为(+),与正常皮肤组织阳性表达率100%(++^+++)相比,具有显著统计学差异(χ~2=22.00,P<0.05)。结论:PEDF在BCC组织中的表达与正常对照组织相比明显下调,可能与BCC的发病密切相关。
