摘要
高职院校的学生由于基础差和信心不足,在学习方面大多不够积极。教学活动是一种旨在影响学习者内部心理过程的外部刺激。因此,教师应当在分析学生心理特征的基础上,对教学项目、教学案例、课件和教学反馈进行针对性的设计,以提高教学效果。
Due to the weak basis and the insufficient confidence, most of the students in higher vo- cational colleges are not active enough in learning. The teaching activity is one kind of external stimu- lation aimed to influence the internal mental process of the learners. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching effect, the teachers should design teaching projects, teaching cases, courseware and teaching feedback pertinently on the basis of analyzing the students' mental characteristics.
