摘要
随着这几年我国经济的快速发展,煤矿产业的发展到了一个新的高峰,煤炭企业传统的物资管理方式一般采用三级供应体制,这就给物资的库存带来了很多的问题。近年来精益化管理措施在煤矿物资库存的管理中逐渐被采纳。文章阐述了精益化管理在煤矿物资管理中的实际应用以及出现的一些问题,并提出合理的解决措施。
With economy develop rapidly for these years, the development of coal mine is reaching a new peak. Traditional material management in coal mine enterprise was three-level supply management which causes problems to material inventory. Lean management for material inventory is adopted recently. This paper indicates application and problems of lean management and raises countermeasures.
