摘要
本文详细的分析了自平衡电桥激励的压力传感器的输出信号U与桥电压Ve、供电电压Vcc及流体压力P之间的关系 ,并指出 ,不仅对桥电压而且对总激励电压都存在零点电漂移 .在U~Vcc、P的三维空间表达了三者之间典型关系曲线 .在U0 |Vcc0 =0 的等势面 (Vcc0 )上显示出高的压力灵敏度 ,而在 U0 / Ucc=0的等势面 (≈ 12 Vcc0 )上 ,压力灵敏度则低的多 .
The relationship among output signal U,bridge voltage V e,supply voltage V cc ,fluid pressure P for pressure sensors,which are excited by a self balanced bridge,is discussed in detail.It is pointed out that electric drift of null point output is always existed not only for the bridge voltage but also for the supply voltage to the whole circuits.The typical curves among them are expressed in the 3D space of U V cc P .A high sensitivity is displayed in Vcc0 equipotential plane,for which U 0=0 but much lower sensitivity in the equipotential plane (≈(1/2)V cc0 ),for which U 0/V cc =0.It is suggested that electric drift of the null point output should be taken as one of specifications for pressure sensors.
