摘要 为了解决输流管道非线性振动中振动形态对初始条件具有极强的敏感性而导致分析误差的问题,本文结合工程实际,通过数学计算及软件模拟两种方式对特定工况下附加轴力的大小进行了计算,将工程实际中的管道运行参数转化为运动微分方程中所涉及的变量和参数,从而为判断输流管道的振动形态提供准确的初始条件数据以及计算方法。 In order to solve analytical error problems of the fluid-conveying pipeline with nonlinear vibration caused by strong sensitivity to initial conditions. In this paper, combined with the engineering practice, the additional axial force in specific working conditions was calculated by mathematics calculation and software simulation. The movement differential equation parameters were converted from engineering operation parameters of the pipeline. The accurate data and calculating method of the initial conditions was deduced to determine the vibration form of the pipeline conveying fluid.
