摘要
文中研究了硬同轴线馈线系统的结构特征以及影响硬同轴线馈线系统功率容量的因素。实验结果表明,优化硬同轴线馈线系统的结构设计,如转弯处采用钎焊式切角弯或圆弧弯,接头处采用反刀式接插头以及法兰式接头配合O型密封圈,内导体连接处优先采用焊接式连接,内外导体上预留热涨伸缩缝等措施,均能有效提升硬同轴线馈线系统的可靠性。此外,注重部件装配以及整机装配环节,也可以进一步提高硬同轴线馈线系统的可靠性。
In this paper the structure of rigid coaxial line feeder system is studied and the factors which influ- ence the power endurance property of rigid coaxial line feeder system is analyzed. The experiment results show that the reliability of rigid coaxial line feeder system will be improved by modifying its structure, such as using the brazing cutting angle curved or circularly curved in turning place, using reverse cutting patch plug and flanged joint with 0 seal ring in the junctions, using welding joint in the inner conductors, reserving aperture for the heat-expansion and cold-contraction in the inner and outer conductors and so on. Besides, the reliability of rigid coaxial line feeder system will be also improved by assembling the parts and overall units carefully.
