对二甲苯吸附分离单元进料过滤器结构改造及性能对比

摘要 针对乌石化吸附分离装置过滤器压差居高不下以及频繁更换滤芯的情况,深入分析了造成过滤器高压差的原因,并对过滤器内部结构进行合理的改造,有效地降低了过滤器前后压差,杜绝了工艺介质走捷径的隐患,对降低吸附室床层压降及提高对二甲苯的纯度和收率,提高吸附剂的使用寿命以及装置的长周期运行有十分重要的现实意义。 Due to the high pressure differential and the frequent replacing of filter elements in PX absorption and separation unit of Urumqi Petrochemical Company,this paper makes a deep analysis on the reasons for the high pressure differential.Proper transformation of the internal structure of the filter is carried out.It effectively reduces the pressure differential of the filter and puts an end to the hidden dangers caused by the short-cut of the process medium.It can reduce the pressure differential of the absorption chamber bed,improve the purity and recovery rate of PX,increase the service life of the absorbent and ensure the long period operation of the unit,which is of great practical significance.
