磁粉成型液压机液压缸改造

Revamp of hydraulic cylinder of the hydropress for magnetic powder formation

摘要 结合磁粉成型液压机结构及磁粉成型生产工艺,分析磁粉成型液压机中2台液压缸的设计缺陷,采用改变2台液压缸的结构、位置及连接方式的措施,有效解决了填料不均、脱模时产品破裂等问题,减小了液压机机架的尺寸和制作成本,并降低了能耗。 Combined with the structure of the hydropress for magnetic powder formation and the technology of magnetic powder formation,the design defects of the two hydraulic cylinders of the hydropress are analyzed,and by changing the structures of the the two hydraulic cylinders,positions and mode of linking,the problems of uneven distribution of filling materials and breach of products in the process of ingot stripping have been solved.As the results,the size of the frame of the hydropress has been reduced and the production cost lowered as well.
