摘要
该文介绍了PFWD检测细砂路基回弹模量的现场试验研究的原理、方案及其结果。为检验PFWD用于细砂路基施工质量检测的适用性和可靠性,在细砂路基顶面,以及水泥砂、水泥土和石灰土顶封层顶面分别进行了现场测试。结果表明,由于干燥细砂黏聚力小、较为松散,采用PFWD进行测试单点离散性较大,而顶封层结构具备连续性和板体性,应用效果好;由于水泥土中水泥掺量较小,所表现出的回弹模量低于高石灰掺量的石灰土,施工中应注重水泥的掺拌均匀。
The article introduces the principle,scheme and its result of the field experimental study of portable falling weight deflectometer(PFWD) to inspect and test the rebound modulus of fine sand roadbed.The field test is carried out to check up the applicability and reliability of PFWD used for inspecting the construction quality of fine sand roadbed separately in the fine sand roadbed top,cement sand sealed top,cement soil sealed top and lime soil sealed top.The result shows that the single point dispersion is larger by using PFWD to test because of small and looser cohesion of dry fine sand,but the top seal structure has the continuity and slab entirety with the good application effect.Owing to the smaller cement content in the cement soil,the represented rebound modulus is lower than the lime soil with high lime content.It should be paid attention in the well-distributed content of cement in the construction.
