摘要
运用有限元分析软件Ansys,对DN500偏心半球阀不同开度情况下的流场形式进行了数值模拟分析。根据分析结果对偏心半球阀阀瓣结构进行了改进。改进后的偏心半球阀流阻系数减低,流通性能提高。
In this article, using Finite Element Analysis software Ansys, makes numerical'simulation and analysis based on the different opening of eccentric hemisphere valve DN500. It also makes modifica-tion on structure of valve according to the analysis result. Further research shows that performance of improved valve has got better and flow resistance coefficient of valve has obviously been reduced. It is useful to eccentric hemisphere valve's optimum design thereafter.
