摘要
CL建筑结构体系是一种集承重、抗震、建筑节能、隔音和防火为一体的新型复合剪力墙结构体系。通过分析研究CL建筑结构体系设计中的抗震等级划分、结构平面布置、计算方法、适用高度和墙板厚度、施工方法和要点,结果表明其具有自重轻、抗震性能强、综合造价低和保温节能等优点。辅以6层和12层两个案例分析,说明CL建筑结构体系在保障性住房建设中应用的优势。
CL (Composite Light-weight) building structure system is a new composite shear wall structure, which has ability of load-bearing, earthquake-resistance, building energy conservation, sound insulation and fire protection. The analysis on seismic classification, structure layout, calculation methods, applicable height and wall thickness design, and construction methods and points for CL building structure system, was carried out. The results show that CL building structure system has light weight, excellent seismic behavior, low comprehensive cost and energy-saving insulation. Through the analysis of two cases, the advantages of CL building structure system applications in the construction of affordable housing are explained.
