长湖大坝扬压力的工程实践

摘要 长湖水电站大坝,自1972年投入运行至今已18年之久。为验证设计扬压力图形,掌握大坝的运行状况,于1988年增设了坝基扬压力观测系统。文中介绍了利用宽缝空间和改造排水孔幕所建立的“两横一纵”的扬压力观测断面的工作方法。由实测资料表明:坝基扬压力的分布特性较好,控制在设计范围以内,同时认为:在坝基地质条件差,排水效能发挥充分,扬压力又有一定裕度的情况下,可以采取合理的排水措施。 The dam of Changhu hydroelectric plant has operated for 18 years since 1972. In order to examine the designed chart of uplift pressure and understand the operation state of the dam, a supplementary system for monitoring the uplift pressure under the dam was estabished in 1988. This paper presents a method of using the wide joints and the drainage holes to form two sections and one profile for monitoring the uplift pressure. The measured data show that the distribution of uplife pressure is normal and within the designied range. The results also indicate that the uplift pressure distribution is reasonable, drainage measures can be taken under the conditions that the drainage holes are sufficiently efficient and the uplift pressure does not reach its designed value when the geological condition of the dam foundation is unfavourable.
