摘要
区域中心城市的城市空间扩展是快速城市化时期城市地理学研究的热点.以芜湖市为例,采用城市空间扩展速率、扩展强度、扩展方向等描述城市空间扩展特征的指标,定量分析1985年以来不同时期城市空间扩展的特征,并从自然地理因素和社会经济因素两个方面定性探讨芜湖市城市空间扩展的影响因素.研究表明:芜湖市城市空间扩展速度在波动中起伏;城市空间扩展紧密度不足;城市空间扩展方向和扩展方式由单一趋向复杂.芜湖市城市空间扩展受到自然地理因素和社会经济因素的双重影响,在短时期内社会经济因素对芜湖市城市空间扩展起着决定性作用.
Urban spatial expansion of the regional central city is a hotspot of urban geography research in the period of rapid urbanization. The paper takes Wuhu as a case, proposes to use indexes that can express characteristics of urban spatial expansion such as expansion rate, expansion intensity and expansion direction based on social and economic statistic data of Wuhu, in order to analyze the stage characteristics of its urban spatial expansion since 1985, and discuss the driving factors froth two aspects of natural factors and social economic factors two aspects. Results show： Urban spatial expansion of Wuhu presents to speed up overall, but it＇s different in different periods; urban spatial expansion rate is faster than the growth of non-agrlcultural population and different period has its own spatial expansion direction and pattern. Both natural and social economic factors can effect the urban spatial expansion of Wuhu, but in the short term, play a crucial role.
