摘要
"折中与兼顾"是高师院校音乐表演专业发展的特色路径,对促进"师范性"和"非师范性"的有机结合,协调"音乐表演"与"音乐教育"等矛盾冲突具有重要作用。实施"折中与兼顾"的发展,要着力于明确培养目标、创新培养方式,夯实专业基础、开展校地合作、实施教育见习制度、加强师资培养,吸引地方音乐等。
Compromise and overall consideration serves as the characteristic path to the development of music perform- ance specialty for higher normal universities and colleges which plays an important role in the promotion to the combination of the normal with the non-normal, and in the coordination of the contradiction between the music performance and mt^ic education. The implementation of the development of compromise and overall consideration must be focused on the follow- ing aspects： the definition of cultivation target, the innovation of cultivation mode, the endeavor on the perfection of the specialty, the practice of their cooperation with local governments, the execution of teaching practice system, the enhance of cultivation for teachers, and the attraction of local music.
