摘要
目的探讨显微镜下持续导航在治疗幕上深部病变的应用。方法回顾性分析自2010年1月—2011年12月在显微镜下持续导航下切除幕上深部病变的临床资料,监测病变切除的程度及范围。结果 17例患者手术全部成功,在导航下能够精确定位,平均注册误差(1.43±0.38)mm。术后1~4周复查,病变全切15例,次全切2例。无手术死亡,无感染等严重并发症。结论利用显微镜下持续导航技术能够准确定位幕上深部病变,同时指导切除的程度,并保护周围重要的神经及功能区,减少了术后复发率及死亡率。
Objective To explore the efficacy of microsurgery assisted with neuronavigation in the resection of deep su- pratentorial lesions. Methods The patients with deep supratentorial lesion undergoing microsurgery assisted with neu- ronavigation from January 2010 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed, including clinical data and the extent of resection of the lesion during intraoperatively monitoring. Results Combined with accurate positioning of intraoperative neuronavigation, all patients received a gross total resection of the lesion, and have little morbidity. Conclusions Mi- crosurgery assisted with intraoperative neuronavigation can make the deep supratentorial lesions get an accurate positio- ning, monitor the extent of resection of the lesion with protecting the adjacent important nerves and functional areas, and reduce postoperative mortality and recurrence rate.
