摘要 针对传统的风电机组振动监测系统存在的电路设计复杂、系统昂贵、体积大、功耗高、使用繁琐的问题,设计了一套基于ADXL345MEMS加速度计和LabWindows/CVI的风电机组振动监测系统;该系统以MEMS加速度计作为振动数据采集传感器、C8051F040单片机做为主控芯片,配合电流型DAC芯片AD5420和继电器等构成硬件系统,通过LabWindows/CVI虚拟仪器设计的上位机软件,具有在线监测振动波形、存储数据、频谱分析、继电器报警、电流信号远距离传输等功能;整个系统设计具有低成本、低功耗、远距离传输、人机交互简单、可靠性高、宽电压供电等优点,可以满足风力发电系统的实际需求。 Considering the complicated circuit design, system expensive, bulky, high power dissipation and cumbersome to use the exist-ing vibration monitoring system for wind power generator, a new vibration monitoring system is designed based on ADXL345 MEMS acceler-ometer and LabWindows/CVI in this paper. The hardware system uses MEMS accelerometer and C8051F040 microcontroller as the vibration data acquisition sensor and the main control chip, also includes the current-steering DAC chip AD5420 and relays etc. With the host com-puter software designed by LabWindows/CVI virtual instrument, the functions such as online monitoring of vibration waveforms, data stor-age, spectral analysis, relay alarm and long--distance transmission of current signals and so on is realized. The overall system design has the advantages of low-cost, low-power, long-distance transmission, easy human-computer interaction, high reliability, wide voltage supply to meet the actual needs of wind power generation system.
