摘要
论文设计一种新的让拥有知识产权但严重缺乏资金的人能获取资金来实施知识产权的可行方案。该方案的核心是设计新型金融机构"知识产权创业投资基金"及其管理公司,并让基金份额通过知识产权创业投资基金交易所流动。该文从杠杆融资、资本市场高门槛、时间动态、创新市场竞争性以及市场监管五个方面论证了该方案的有效性和可行性。
This paper designs a feasible solution which can make people owning intellectual properties （IP） have ac- cess to funds to implement their IPRs. The core of the solution involves establishing ＂Intellectual Property Start-up Funds （IPSF）＂, IPSF Management Companies, and IPSF Exchange. This paper shows that this solution is a unique and effective way to finance IPRs which has the advantages of leveraging,lowering the threshold of capital market, etc.
