摘要
选取15例重大新闻事件和5类国家级科研基金,经过标准化处理数据,分析重大新闻事件与相关科研基金论文之间的关系,考察重大新闻事件对科研基金资助的影响。结果表明:科研工作者对重大新闻事件的敏感性程度较强,重大新闻事件对科研基金资助方向具有较强的引导作用。建议政府设立突发重大事件专项研究基金,而科研人员也应积极关注社会重大热点问题,依靠科技力量的快速介入推动社会事件的解决。
The paper is to investigate the research fund for the social events of the case through 15 major news events and 5 national research funds, the normalized data to analyze the relationship between the major news events and the research fund papers. The result shows that the scientists have a stronger degree of sensitivity on major news events, and the break- ing news event has a stronger role in guiding the direction of the research fund. The paper suggests that the government should set up a sudden major event special research fund, and the right amount of increase in the funds allocates credits to improve the level of research quality, the researchers should also be actively concerned about the major social hot issues.
