摘要
研究了Y形管状立体织物的设计及试织方法。分析了Y形管状立体织物的几何结构特点,从织物组织、总经根数、横截面图以及上机图四个方面介绍了Y形管状立体织物的设计要点,并在剑杆织机上成功织造了织物试样。指出:Y形管状立体织物可以采用将三维立体织物转变为二维平面织物模型的方法进行设计,并可采用分段织造技术进行织造。认为:Y形管状立体织物的设计与织造方法能够满足实际要求,是合理和可行的。
Design and weaving method of Y shape tubular three dimensional fabric were researched. Geometric structure property of Y shape tubular three dimensional fabric was analyzed. Design key points of Y shape tubular three dimensional fabric were introduced from aspects of fabric texture, total warp number, cross-sectional view and looming drafting. It is pointed out that method of changing three dimensional fabric to two dimensional plane fabric model can be used on Y shape tubular three dimensional fabric, segmental weaving technology can be adopted. It is considered that practical requirements can be satisfied for Y shape tubular three dimensional fabric design and weave method,the method is reasonable and feasible.
