摘要
在国际形势总体稳定与安全和发展危机并存的形势下,中印关系的主流是深化交流合作,在首脑外交、边界谈判和亚洲共识等方面进展良好。存在矛盾与竞争是中印关系的支流,其历史原因主要是中印领土纠纷,现实原因主要是中国领先优势。中印关系发展包含三个维度,在国家层面谋求自主发展,在双边层面增进互信共赢,在国际层面打造亚洲世纪。
Against the background of general stability of international situation and the existence of crisis in security and development,the main trend of Sino-Indian relations is to deepen exchange and cooperation,and good progresses are seen in terms of summit diplomacy,border negotiations and Asian consensus.Contradictions and competitions are secondary in the relationship between China and India.The historical reason of the confict is SinoIndian territorial dispute,and the currnt practical cause lies in China's leading advantage.The development of Sino-Indian relations include three dimensions:to seek independent development as states,to promote mutual trust and win-win at bilateral level,and to forge the Asian Century at the international level.
