摘要
本文简要论述了在传统生产条件下,运用EPC法开发生产汽车覆盖件模具进行的工艺分析、工艺设计,提出了生产中应注意的一些问题。得出结论:对于通用汽车覆盖件模具铸铁件可用普通可发性 EPC作为模型材料,CO2-水玻璃砂作为造型材料,获得高质量铸件。
In this paper, some technical links in developing approaches to producing Gm automobile cabin stamping die iron casting by way of Expendable Pattemrn Casting Process (EPC) under traditional cindition of manufacture are discussed and some problems which may occur in production are raised as well.
