摘要
对颚式破碎机齿板件,人们习惯了选用 Mn13材料来制造。本文指出:在强烈冲击的高应力凿削磨损条件下,标准高锰钢不失为一种优良的抗磨材料,但值得注意的是对其进行变质处理,辅以多元微合金化强化是一条应引起重视的,旨在扩大和增强该类材料在其使用领域应用的强有力的工艺途径。
As a material, ZGMn13 used to make a plate of a crushing machine. Owing to easy break and wear, the quality of all parts was raised doubts. The paper points: Under the conditions withstood violent impact, high stress and chisel-cutting wear normal high manganese steel is an excellent anti-abrasive material. It is remarkable that the material may was increased applicable range by modification and mullti-component micro-alloying.
