摘要
介绍了一种实用的PLC控制TIG焊接触引弧系统 ,简述了控制原理 ,介绍了PLC控制梯形示意图 ,给出了应注意的影响因素。本系统采用检测接触引弧阶段的电流电压信号来判断引弧状态 ,克服了影响电流信号的干扰因素 ,接触电流信号稳定 ,同时运用PLC技术 ,对接触预热时间进行精确控制 ,获得了很高的一次引弧成功率。
A kind of PLC controlled contact arc ignition system for TIG welding is introduced in this paper,with the description of it's principle.The PLC control trapezium scheme is studied and key factors presented.The current and voltage signals in period of contact arc ignition is applied in this system to determine the arc ignition state,so to eliminate the interfering factors on current signal.The contact current signal is stable.With the PLC technology to exactly control the contact preheat time,a high successful rate of arc ignition is obtained.
