摘要
在Windows环境下开发煤泥浮选机视觉识别系统,利用VC++6.0实现系统的框架设计,后台使用MATLAB进行图像处理;采用VC和MATLAB的混合编程实现煤泥浮选状态的识别,可以缩短煤泥浮选机视觉系统的开发时间和降低开发成本,同时为指导浮选过程的调节提供依据,并将识别结果显示出来。
The recognition system for coal slurry flotation state was developed in Windows. VC++6.0 was applied to realize the frame design of the system, and MATLAB was applied to process the image backstage. Hybrid programming by VC and MATLAB realized the recognition of coal slurry flotation state, thus the development duration of the machine vision system for coal slurry flotation could be shortened and the development costs decreased. In addition, the system guided the regulation of the flotation process and displayed the recognition results.
