摘要
在对某公司高炉瓦斯泥的性质、矿物成分分析的基础上,提出采用摇床重选—浮选的选矿工艺提取铁、碳精矿的设想。通过实验室试验研究,获得了品位为53.41%,产率为24.52%,回收率为51.33%的铁精矿以及产率为30.61%,固定碳含量为65.21%,回收率为69.29%的碳精矿,取得了较好的技术指标,达到了预期效果。该工艺可用于生产实践,且可推广应用。
After analyzing the properties, chemical composition of the flue slime from the blast furnace in a certain company, the paper proposed the suggestion of recovering carbon and iron concentrate from the flue slime with beneficiation process consisting of tabling gravity separation and then flotation. The laboratory test results showed that the iron concentrate with the iron grade of 53.41%, yield of 24.52% and recovery of 51.33 % as well as the carbon concentrate with the yield of 30.61%, fixed carbon content of 65.21% and recovery of 69.29% were obtained. The expected effects were obtained with good technical indexes. The process could be applied to actual production and widely spread.
