摘要
对相位掩膜法紫外写入光纤光栅技术中紫外光源的空间相干性对光纤光栅特性的影响进行了详细的理论与实验研究。结果表明 ,紫外写入光源的空间相干性对光纤光栅的特性有一定的影响 ,只有在紫外光垂直入射且光敏光纤靠近相位掩模版的情况下 。
Theoretical and experimental study dealing with the eff ect of UV spatial interference on the fi ber grating written with phase mask has been performed deeply.It is shown that w hen the UV light vertically incidence,an d more improtant,the photosensitive fibe r is drawn near to the phase mask,the pe rformance of the fiber grating in such c ase can be improved.
