摘要 [目的]研究自主合成的烯虫酯对烟草甲生物活性的影响。[方法]以烯虫酯作为生物杀虫剂的主要有效成分,从抑制卵、幼虫生长发育和成虫繁殖能力3个方面,评价其对烟草甲的室内生物活性抑制效果。[结果]合成的烯虫酯质量分数为5 mg/kg时,烟草甲虫卵孵化死亡率超过80%,能够显著延长烟草甲幼虫的发育历期,56 d后烟草甲蛹的羽化率几乎为零,成虫卵的孵化率是对照样的50%。[结论]自主合成的烯虫酯可以抑制烟草甲的生物活性。 [Aims] The paper aims to research the influence of synthesized methoprene on tobacco beetle inhibitory bioactivity. [Methods] Tobacco beetle inhibitory bioactivity of the bioinsecticide with methoprene as the active component was evaluated from three aspects of oostatic effects, larval growth and adult reproduction. [Results] The death rate of tobacco beetle egg hatching was over 80% at the concentration of 5 mg/kg based on methoprene, which indicated that it can extend significantly the developmental duration of tobacco beetle larvae. After 56 days, the emergence rate of tobacco beetle pupae approached zero and the hatching rate of adult egg was 50% of that of the contrast. [Conclusions] The synthesized methoprene can inhibit tobacco beetle.
