摘要
林业产权制度对林业经济和社会经济都具有一定的推动力，林业经济发展的本质原因之一就是林业制度的改革。从C-D生产函数出发，将林业生产要素投入、林业产权制度和林业经济水平置于一个框架，对浙江省进行实证检验，结论为：生产要素投入与林业产权制度对林业经济发展都具有显著影响。
The system of forestry property has certain impetus to the forestry economic and social economy, and for- estry economic development is one of the essential reasons of forestry system reform. From the C-D produc- tion function, forestry production, puts forestry property right system and forestry economy level in a flame, the pa- per tests on Zhejiang province, the conclusion is： the investment of factor of production and forestry proper- ty right system all have significant effects to the forestry economic development.
