嫩江下游春、秋两季浮游动物数量特征与群落结构分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了解和监测嫩江下游水域生态系统的结构与功能,维持整个水域生态系统的平衡,于2011年5月(春季)和9月(秋季),对嫩江下游10个采样点的浮游动物群落结构进行了分析,并利用多维尺度分析法对各采样点浮游动物群落组成的相似性进行了研究,共鉴定出浮游动物3门21属36种。其中:轮虫种类最多,11属21种,占61.8%;原生动物7属9种,占26.5%;桡足类2属4种,占11.7%;未发现枝角类。两季浮游动物的丰度波动于900~3 900 ind./L之间,浮游动物的生物量为0.09~4.67 mg/L。在优势种种类组成上,原生动物有两种:小口钟虫(Vorticella microstoma)和绿急游虫(Strombidium viride)。轮虫有5种:浦达臂尾轮虫(Brachionus budapes-tiensis)、萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus quadridentatus)、螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)、长刺盖氏轮虫(Kellicotticalongispina)、长三肢轮虫(Filinia longiseta)。桡足类有一种,为无节幼体(Nauplius larva)。用多维尺度分析各采样点数据可以看出:春季(5月)分为4个不同的群落;秋季(9月),分为3个不同的群落。多维尺度分析图可以清楚地显示各采样点之间浮游动物群落的距离(即相似性),同时也表明各点位浮游动物群落的组成存在明显的差异。 Ten sample sites were selected to investigate the Nenjiang River and monitor its structure and function of water ecolog- ical system to maintain the balance of water ecosystem in downstream of Nenjiang River in spring (May) and autumn (September) of 2011. Multi-dimensional analysis (MDS) was used to determine the similarity of zooplankton community composition. A total of 21 genera and 36 species from three divisions of zooplankton were recorded including 21 species of 11 rotifer genera, nine species of seven protozoa genera, and four species of two copeped genera making up 61.8%, 11.7% and 26.5% of the total, respectively. None cladocerans were recorded. The abundance of zooplankton in May and Septem- ber fluctuates between 900 ind./L and 3 900 ind./L. The biomass of zooplankton in May and September fluctuates between 0.09 mg/L and 4. 668 6 mg/L. The dominant species include two kinds of protozoa, Vorticella microstoma and Strombidium viride, five kinds of rotifer, Brachionus budapestiensis, Brachionus q uadridentatus, Keratella cochlearis, Kellicottica longispina, Filinia longiseta, and a kind of copepods, nauplius larva. Through multidimensional scaling (MDS) analysis, spring (May) zooplankton can be divided into four different communities and autumn (September) zooplankton can be di- vided into three different communities. Through MDS figures, the distance (similarity) between all zooplankton sampling points can be seen clearly, and there are significant differences of the community composition of zooplankton among all the sampling points.
