摘要
频繁发生的矿难事故与我国建设社会主义和谐社会政治背景是极不协调的,与以人为本的科学发展观是不相符合的,与党的执政目标是完全背离的,因此,对煤矿安全事故原因分析及对策措施研究,着力解决和处理好这个问题已经迫在眉睫。文章分析了煤矿安全生产存在的主客观原因,提出了依靠国家健全宏观调控体系和政府有关部门、企业、员工的共同努力几个方面来解决煤矿安全生产问题。

This paper analyzes the existing coal mine safety production objective and subjective reasons, to rely on the state and improve macro-control system and the relevant government departments, enterprises, employees of the joint efforts of two ways to solve the coal mine production safety.
