摘要
总结4例十二指肠溃疡并大出血行急诊胃大部切除术(BillrothⅡ)患儿的围手术期护理。术前严密观察患儿精神反应,监测生命体征变化,补充血容量,纠正水电解质失衡,完善术前准备。术后严密观察有无并发症,加强全肠外营养的护理,指导合理饮食,提供有效的心理支持。4例患儿经过精心护理均治愈出院。
This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of Billroth II operation in 4 children with hemorrhage induced by duodenum ulceration. The key points in preoperative care were close observation of the children＇s response and vital signs,fluid infusion to correct fluid and electrolyte imbalance,as well as preoperative preparations. After the surgery,nursing care focused on monitoring of postoperative complications,total parenteral nutrition support,diet guidance and effective psychological support. The children were all discharged with recovery.
