摘要 研究了以大豆蛋白复合纤维作为主要原料,加入涤纶、蛹蛋白粘胶丝、羊毛3种原料混纺或经纬交织的生产工艺,分析了大豆蛋白复合纤维的特点,在条染工序采用中性染料对羊毛纤维和大豆蛋白复合纤维分别染色。根据大豆蛋白复合纤维没有卷曲、抱合力差的特点,在纺纱各道工序调整牵伸倍数和罗拉隔距,前纺混条时,选用纺纱润滑剂和SN抗静电剂,防止静电产生。研究了大豆蛋白复合纤维的织造和后整理等工序的技术关键。 Using the soybean protein fiber as the feedstock, through the production technique of blending and filling warp blends, the advantages of the polyester, the silkworm pupae protein viscose filament and the wool can be brought into full play. Considering characteristics of the soybean protein fiber, neutral dyes must be used in the dyeing process for dyeing the soybean protein fiber and the wool individually. In consider of the soybean protein fiber's less crimpness and cohesion, the draw ratio and the roller gauge are adjusted in every spinning process. Before blending wool tops, the application of the spinning lubricants and the SN antistatic agent can prevent the static. Key technologies of the weaving and finishing process of the soybean protein fiber are also studied.
