摘要
目的识别某照明企业新建项目产生的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》(GBZ 1-2010)、《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》(GBZ 159-2004),采用现场调查、现场检测、定量分级等方法对本建设项目进行评价。结果本建设项目的选址、总平面布置、设备布局、职业病防护设施、卫生辅助用室、个人防护用品等符合国家有关规定;主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、汞、乙酸丁酯、环己酮、丙酮、二氯甲烷、异丙醇、二氧化硫、二氧化锡、铅及其化合物、锰及其化合物、噪声和高温。7个工作岗位的噪声超过国家标准要求,噪声的最高强度为90.1 dB(A);4个岗位的高温超过国家接触限值;其余职业病危害因素均未超过国家标准。结论本项目的职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
Objective To identify the occupational risk factors and assess the control effect for the new project. Methods According to Hygienic Standards for the Design of Industrial Enterprises (GBZ 1 -2010 ) and Speciftcations of Air Sampling for Hazardous Substances Monitoring on the Workplace( GBZ 159 -2004), the methods of field investigation,check list,examination and quantitative classification were carried out. Results Selection of site, overall layout, arrangement of the facilities, personal preventive articles met with national standards. Main risk factors of occupational diseases were dust, mercury, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, methylene chloride, sulfur dioxide, tin dioxide, lead and its compounds, manganese and its compounds, noise and high temperature. Under normal operating conditions, noise intensities of 7 operating posts exceeded the national standards, the maximum was 90. 1 dB (A) ; The high temperature ex- ceeded the national exposure limits in the 4 posts , other occupational hazards met national standards. Conclusion The protective measures on occupational diseases in the construction project are feasible and effective.
