摘要
针对某电厂660 MW超超临界机组运行中出现汽轮机轴承失效的问题,采用系统分析、无损检测、理化分析等方法对汽轮机工况、失效部件进行分析。结果表明:1号轴瓦设计没有顶轴油,影响油膜工作的稳定性,可通过增设顶轴油和提高油温的切换转速值来解决;此外,下瓦锡基合金元素总量超标、β相在靠近结合面处轻度偏析等导致结合不良,当承受动载荷或温度变化时,脱胎加剧,应在制造过程中加强对材料质量及制造工艺的控制,防止产生偏析。
Aiming at bearing failure for the operation process of 660MW ultra supercritical unit, the paper studied on working characteristics of steam turbine and failed bearing. Several methods were adopted such as system analysis, nondestructive testing, physical and chemical analysis etc. The results showed that: No.l bearing without design of oil system which leaded to oil film oscillation. It could be solved by increasing in design for the jacking oil system and improving the temperature witch speed. In addition, the elements were out of standard for tin based allo~ of the under bearing, and the abnormal segregation of beta phase which close to the joint surface etc., which had make the bad connection for the bearing. It should to prevent elemental segregation by controlling manufacturing process which included material quality and technology manufacturing process.
