摘要
未成年人因为其自身的身心发展不成熟,容易遭到各方面不良因素的影响,而走上违法犯罪的道路。预防未成年人违法犯罪,是各级政府有关部门和学校、家庭、社会各有关团体等方面必须共同参与、各负其责的重要课题。各部门应该认真研究,切实履行职责,做好预防未成年人犯罪工作,为未成年人身心健康发展创造良好的社会环境。
Due to juveniles＇ own immature physical and mental development, they are easy to be affected by various aspects adverse factors, and embark on the road of criminal. Government, schools, families and social groups must work together to participate in the prevention of juvenile delinquency. Departments should seriously study and perform their duties, to do a good job of preventing juvenile delinquency, to create a good social environment for the physical and mental development of juveniles.
