摘要
在分析21世纪以来高校机关党建工作的特点,以及新时期高校机关党建工作面临挑战的基础上,探讨了新时期高校机关党建工作的长效机制,并结合自己学校的实际情况对高校机关党建工作进行了创新与实践。
This paper analyzes the characterized and the challenges to faced of universities committee＇s party building since twenty-first century, establishes long-term mechanism on universities committee＇s party building. Combined with the actual situation of our universities, we make the practice and innovation of universities committee＇s party building.
