玉米-棉籽粕-稻草型日粮中添加烟酸对锦江黄牛体外瘤胃发酵的影响

摘要 为探讨在玉米-棉籽粕-稻草型日粮中添加烟酸对锦江黄牛体外瘤胃发酵的影响,试验设5个处理组,烟酸添加量分别为0、400、600、800、1000 mg/kg,每组3个重复,采用体外培养方法,测定瘤胃发酵指标。结果表明:(1)600、800 mg/kg和1000 mg/kg烟酸添加组产气量显著高于未添加组(P<0.05);(2)600、800 mg/kg组氨态氮浓度显著低于未添加组(P<0.05);(3)400、600 mg/kg和800 mg/kg烟酸组微生物蛋白含量显著高于未添加组(P<0.05),其中以600 mg/kg组最高;(4)添加400 mg/kg和600 mg/kg烟酸组挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)总量极显著高于未添加组(P<0.01),各添加组丙酸含量显著高于未添加组(P<0.05);乙酸/丙酸比值均不同程度低于未添加组。由此可见,在玉米-棉籽粕-稻草型日粮中添加烟酸有助于改善瘤胃发酵功能,添加量为600 mg/kg效果较好。 To study the effect of corn-cottonseed-straw-based diet supplemented nicolar on rumen fermentation of Jingjiang cattle in vitro,the experiment had five treatments with three replications each,treatment groups were supplied 0,400,600,800,1000 mg/kg nicolar, respectively.Batch culture procedure was carried out in vitro, cultivating for 24 h.The results showed that:(1 )Compared with control group,the gas production of 600,800 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg adding group significantly increased (P 〈 0.05) ; (2)The NH3-N concentration of 600,800 mg/kg adding group decreased significantly (P 〈 0.05);(3 )Compared with control group, microbial protein production of 400,600 mg/kg and 800 mg/kg adding group significantly improved(P 〈 0.05 ), 600 mg/kg adding group was the highest; (4)Concentrations of total VFA and propionate of the 400,600 mg/kg adding group were significantly higher than those of control group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) ,and the ratio of acetate to propionate decreased at different degree.The results indicated that corn-cottonseed-straw-based diet supplemented nicolar benefited rumen fermentation, and the suitable supplementing level was 600 mg/kg.
