季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯改性纯丙乳液的合成和性能研究

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸丁酯为主单体,季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯为功能单体,采用间歇乳液聚合法,合成了具有网状交联的新型核-壳结构丙烯酸酯乳液。经FTIR分析改性后,乳液在3442 cm-1处出现—OH吸收振动峰,1735 cm-1处C O吸收峰加强。TEM图片表明,改性后乳液粒子呈核-壳结构形态;改性后乳液膜的耐水性和力学性能有较大改善,吸水率降低了21.7%,抗张强度由0.25 MPa增加至0.46 MPa,断裂伸长率增加了35.8%;耐热性也有较大提高,改性后聚合物5%,30%和50%的热失重温度分别提高了35,53,88℃。 A cross-linking core-shell structured polyacrylate latex polymer was synthesized by batch seeded emulsion polymerization with methyl methaerylate and butyl acrylate as main monomers, and pentaerythritol triacrylate as a cross-linking agent. FFIR results showed the absorption peak at 3442 cm-1 was attributed to-OH from pentaerythritol triaerylate, and a absorption peak of C = O at 1735 cm-1 was obviously enhanced in the modified polymer. TEM pho- tographs indicated that the modified latex particles possess regular core-shell structure. There are great improvements in water resistance, mechanical property and thermal property of the modified latex film. Compared to the film of the un- modified polyacrylate latex, water absorption capacity of modified latex film declines 21.7% , tensile strength at break increases from 0.25 MPa to 0.46 MPa, and elongation at break increase 35.8% ; 5% , 30% and 50% weight loss temperature of modified latex increase 35 ℃ ,53 ℃ and 88 ℃ respectively.
